How We Recruit and Vet Our Writers
Every writer at EssayWritingService.uk holds a UK degree at the level they write for or above. We recruit through academic networks, verify qualifications with the awarding institution, and test every applicant with a subject-specific writing task before assigning any paid work.
This page describes our vetting process concretely. We do not publish individual writer profiles with photos and biographies because most services fabricate those, and we would rather show you the process than invent characters.
Our Writer Requirements
Every active writer meets these minimum standards:
Holds a UK undergraduate degree at 2:1 or above, or the international equivalent
Holds a postgraduate qualification for orders at Master’s or PhD level
Has demonstrable subject expertise verified through qualifications and writing test
Passed our recruitment writing test with a score of 85 out of 100 or above
Completed our platform training on referencing, marking criteria, and editorial standards
Stage 1: Application and Qualification Verification
Applicants submit their CV, degree certificates, and transcripts. We verify each degree with the awarding institution before proceeding.
Applications from writers without verifiable UK degrees or the international equivalent are declined at this stage. This includes writers with legitimate degrees from institutions we cannot verify through official channels.
Stage 2: Subject-Specific Writing Test
Writers who pass verification complete a paid writing test in their specialist subject. The test brief is a genuine undergraduate or postgraduate-level task drawn from a UK marking scheme. Tests are scored against a rubric covering brief adherence, argument development, source use, referencing accuracy, language quality, and structural coherence.
Scores below 85 do not proceed.
Stage 3: Sample Orders under Editorial Supervision
Writers who pass the test complete their first three orders under close editorial supervision. Every draft is reviewed line-by-line by a senior editor before delivery to the customer.
Writers whose first three orders show consistent quality issues do not proceed to independent work.
Stage 4: Platform Training
Writers complete training modules covering our editorial standards and voice guide, common UK marking criteria and how to write to them, referencing accuracy across every style we support, our academic integrity position, and our platform tools for direct customer communication.
Stage 5: Ongoing Quality Monitoring
Every completed order is reviewed by our editorial team. We track:
Writers whose metrics drop below our thresholds go back into supervised work. Writers who cannot recover their standards are removed from the platform.
How We Match Writers to Your Order
Matching is done by human project managers, not algorithms. Every order is read by a project manager who identifies the subject and academic level, reviews the marking criteria and specific brief requirements, checks the active writer pool for that subject and level, and selects the writer whose academic background and recent order quality fit best.
For orders in specialised subjects, matching may take longer than the standard one hour. We tell you before taking payment if we cannot find a suitable writer.
Why We Do Not Publish Individual Writer Profiles
Most services publish writer profile pages with names, photos, and biographies. Almost all of these are fabricated: stock photos, invented names, and biographies written by marketing teams.
Fabricated profiles mislead you about who is writing your work. We would rather describe our vetting process transparently than invent characters to make our service look bigger than it is.
Our writers are real. Their qualifications are real and verified. They are not on a public marketing page because that is neither useful for you nor safe for them.
